HAUNTING “ALTERED”: Unfortunately, very rarely, haunters think it might be a good idea to take a drug (alcohol is a drug too). If you want to lose your position and get paid minimum wage for all your hard work, showing up altered is the best way to accomplish that. Please understand how serious this can be. Imagine what happens to Panic Point if a haunter makes a bad decision while under the influence.

- Panic Point Operations & Safety Manual: This has everything for everyone.
- Acknowledgement: Digital Signature of “Operations & Safety Manual” and the “Waiver & Release”. YOU CANNOT WORK WITHOUT THIS.
- Medical Form & Release for Adults. YOU CANNOT WORK WITHOUT THIS.
- Medical Form & Release for Minors. YOU CANNOT WORK WITHOUT THIS.
- IRS W-9. Can’t get paid without it (unless you make less than $600). The only doc you need to print out, fill out, and hand in. If you are a returning worker and your address is still the same, we should already have it.

General Info Docs
- Panic Point Request & Suggestion Form: You may mention to a manager that something is not functioning, but unless it is written down somewhere, its far less likely to get done. All suggestions and requests from the entire staff should be logged here.
Docs for Monsters & Makeup
- Haunter Costume & Makeup Guidelines: on our goals for consistency and quality.
- Haunter Scare Guide: The title is self-explanatory. Use the guide. Learn the terminology. That way, we have a shared vocabulary when we discuss haunting. This is a living document. It can and will change as people innovate, discover, and invent new ways to scare our patrons.
- Inormation for Parents/Guardians of Minors: Everyone should know how we handle minor monsters working at Panic Point, because the rules are for everyone.
