14 Years of Total Mayhem
14 short years ago we stumbled on a plot of land with a haunted history. We planted our little seeds of panic and gently nourished them, year after year, with terror & dread until a full forest of fear emerged. The half-mile “Haunted Forest” Trail is our featured attraction. A 12 scene scream-fest with dozens of haunters to hound your every step. But that’s just the beginning. Some victims prefer the slightly shorter “Dark Trail” for its lack of light and unexpected twists. It has undergone a “Swampification” of late, and the creatures there are especially angry. The “Howling Hayride” rambles aimlessly through the woods, filled with flesh-hungry zombies and those who hunt them. “Killers in the Corn” is an assortment of distorted figures whose mere presence makes you want to hop the fence and flee, with no regard for your own safety. Stalkers Farm, the newest attraction, is a Carolina inspired backwoods bonanza where you’ll be run down by bootleggers and little old ladies, both alive and not. In all, you’ll spend a couple hours going through 38 unique scenes and meet 100 creatures whose only purpose is to see you cower in fear.
THE Best Haunted Trail in The Triangle
Its a scare-fest that runs the entire 2024 Halloween Season. Every night at the Haunt is frightening, with more ways to cry fear than you knew existed. There are 3 pricing levels depending on the size of the crowd expected on any given night. We serve beer…once. On one night. This year our Beer Night is Halloween. It is an all-ages event, so under 21 may attend. The pour is from 7:30 to 10:00.
And it is a very special year because the deadly day of Halloween falls on a Thursday, ushering in HALLOWEEKEND at Panic Point. Thanksgiving can wait. We are taking back November 1st and 2nd and putting them on the Calendar as October 32nd and 33rd. Each one of those days will be a scare bonanza at Panic Point. Its “allegedly” after the party should be over, so our prices match the lowest of the season. That does seem a little strange, considering the monsters who will haunt you on Halloweekend will be at their best, with 15 shows under their belts. So, low price, high scare, cool weather, and deals on merch and food all night? Make it happen at Panic Point! Let’s go!
Scare Guide: PG-13
Children 8 & under are not permitted to enter the haunted attractions. Children between 9 & 13 must be accompanied by an adult. All attractions are are designed to be scary, and are not appropriate for most people under the age of 12. There is no haunted house rating system, but we rate ourselves PG-13. We do not use foul or abusive language. We do not touch you intentionally. We do not use imagery that would be considered offensive applying contemporary community standards. We call ourselves a family friendly haunted house. But not too friendly. The little ones need to stay home, as we said. We ain’t payin’ for therapy.
